Bounties and shipyards

Nope. You can goto kabal space to upgrade, but once you get a fed bounty you cannot switch ships. This created an exploit that once someone got a fed bounty they would just buy a pioneer and hide till the feb bounty could be claimed by anyone and then they would only lose a small ship.

What do evil players do? It would seem like you should be able to play as an evil player and buy ships somehow.

YOu can be evil, without getting bounties.... trust me

However since the bounty does not go away for at least 4 days we may have to reconsider the ship swapping. However, what may end up happening is the fed will become automated and start taking your property and holdings.
