5) I am trying to build a base on a teammates planet. There are enough credits and commodities on it. When i click the "Build a Base" link, it says that it built the base and everything appears to be just fine. However, the base is never actually built and the money and commodities remain the same. So either I am not allowed to build a base on his planet (it should tell me this when I click the build button), or I should be able to built it and it just isn't happening. Not sure which scenario is the correct one.
I've had this problem too. Try transfering the 10 mill to the planet again. The FP of credits sometimes may show 10 mill when it actually is slightly less. One of the things I gotta tell PJ about
