The wrong coding of the text at a choice of Russian, <META HTTP-EQUIV = "Content-Type" CONTENT = " text/html; charset=ISO--8859-1 "> coding ISO--8859-1 and the Russian text is displayed incorrectly, it is required Windows 1251

Best option should be transform game to UTF enconding - for next years no problems for any language / country / player :)
