 Post subject: Possible Bug

My ship picked up some space junk and received a military upgrade.
This upgrade brings some of my ship stats above the max allowed for that hull.
However, when I go to do more upgrades for the stats not at the max, I am forced to redeem the excess points and bring the ship back to the stated maxes.
I do get the credits, but would rather have the upgrades.

IMO, you should be allowed to keep the military upgrade bonuses.

Hmm.. I disagree. It is beyond the ship's capabilities, therefore the ship can't support it. If you want a ship with 355 hulls, get an excelsior, not a voyager. Common sense.

You get a free tech upgrade in space, then U go to upgrade the ship in port, and the workers remove the tech upgrades in areas that you do not ask them to work on.
It does not make sense.

Actually that's the way it was intended to work. If you want to upgrade any tech you will have to sell off any tech that is higher than the ship can legally support.
