In Main, micromanaging my planets because I have nothing better to do, and deciding to challenge myself to work out how much I can shave off a planet to keep it just a hair's breadth off total 100%. Apparently I overshot the mark:
Credit Max: 1,728,612,991,360 Credits on Planet: 1,728,613,085,976
Difference: 94,616 OVER MAX
It's my home planet, if that helps. The credit production seems to get a bit random near the top. I've seen differences of several hundred million credits where being CLOSER to max results in fewer credits produced despite not hitting max, while having fewer credits shot the total up over max. It seems to fluctuate between high and low credit production every tick. Tick 1 will be higher, tick 2 lower, tick 3 higher again...
After some testing, the credit max doesn't seem to go over 1728613085976. Pulling fewer and fewer credits off seems to just hit that level again. The planet isn't damaged and doesn't need any repairing... Is this normal?

It is probably credit boosting digs. They can give a little extra credits. Those credits will be cleaned off every 5 minutes/tick. So it will never accumulate.
