Well, I wasn't going to respond... but.. :P

I don't know how to play fantasy football, no. I'm a track runner. I run in circles; it's as easy as that. Football has too many rules.

I bet none of you knew that. If there were a fantasy 400m dash, I would play. ;)

Ummm... Val, you really ARE green. Fantasy Football is about stats. You pick the best players and based on their performance in the game you get points. Its all about picking the best players for each spot, so its primarily using prev stats to determine how you play. And you learn so much more about the game as a whole. You find yourself cheering on players that go against your favorite team.

OK folks, I guess I was right... Val isnt smart enough to play. He can spout latin, but he cant figure out that a football isn't round.

We are at 4 - 5 players now... We need many more to make it competitive.

The most I know is that if you're playing any given Madden iteration, running pass plays and QB rushing tends to fool the computer opponent more than it should. If you have an open pass you can take it, but having your QB break all the records for rushing yards is pretty funny.

I don't know any actual players or how good they are, and I don't watch the games... So I guess I'd just be picking randoms. =P

I don't know shit about football except that I love to watch it and that the Eagles are fuckin' long overdue. I signed up anyway, I'm team Flacid but Hard.... however in hindsight I kind of like "Hardly Flacid" better.

Well the initial picks are autopicks. I set it this way because we will have alot of noobs. You can pick your draft order but that doesnt mean you will get the guys in your order. Once you have your team then you can start trading players with each other or with who is available that have not been picked. Then you set your roster before a game is played for the weekend. And watch your players make points. Your team will be pitted against another team. It can be highly addicting... Hmmm much like AAT :)
