1) The Add text box needs to be either at the bottom of the window or a link that someone can click on in order to add text. When a newbie opens the window as of now, all you can immediately see is the add text window and not the tips that are underneath it.

2) Some screens are overlapping into different areas. I put a tip in on a hostile planet scan screen (the one RIGHT before you attack). Later, I went to put a tip in from a friendly planet to talk about production rates and I was surprised to see that my enemy planet scan tip was listed - it is really out of context there.
