Post subject:  Birth Rate Reducing Dignitaries
Birth Rate Reducing Dignitaries: I was not paying attention for about a week and they destroyed my population. They are brutal..... :eek:

I am thinking that I should put Dignitaries on planets only one at a time and wait to see what job they will take before placing anougher....and place them one at a time. :???:
