I am playing in the OutLands.ws main game, and this may be old news, but I nova bombed a planet with a player on it. The message in the news and that I got was that I destroyed the planet and all ships on it. But come back to find the guy floating in space.
Is that just a genaric message regardless if there is someone on planet or not?

Yes, there are other messages in the log when you actually destroy a landed ship.

I looked, and there are no entries in my log for the nova bomb, just the news blurb.

Did you mean the MAIN game? No I was playing OutLands.ws server. I hate to stir the pot, but saw that Max got kicked off, and went to play there lol.
Anyway the server died over the weekend.

Not the main game, the outlands server. There was a big post about it and how pissed he was. Got him and his team mate kicked.
