That's not a bad idea. We'd see a lot of much smaller players making a lot of much smarter decisions if this happened

This is a suggestion for newbie tutorial. Some people do not read the tutorials, however, this suggestion is read as you go. The First Mate (or whatever you want to call it) will explain the use of every object in the game. Say it sends you messages or has a tip or message on the page (devices port, planet menu, etc) in which it gives you a general overview and tips for future game play. It can also inform players of things they might not know about (300 Sensors) that may compromise their location. This is only a very general outline of the idea, but I hope people will add on or correct things, and this can become a reality. |
