 Post subject: Assign alignment to Colonist instead of Planets.

Make it so that when you blow a planet the amount of colonists on the planet determine the alignment change for destroying the planet. If you go to far out of neutral you are bounty free to all players. This would make people think before destroying just for destruction. They could keep it and have a planet for someone else to retaliate or find. More attack opportunities.

I like blowing stuff up. But then again, I really don't care if the big guys can hit me, so that really wouldn't affect me at all. I think that could get a little weird since at the beginning of the game, blowing up 100M colonists could do a good bit of damage to someone, but later on it'd be a drop in the bucket, to exagerate.
