That's not nice of them! :(

They even left the Anvil Design logo on the main login page! and trying to run a 0.20 template set on a 0.14 release

I hope they remove that template from their site, as they are ruining all the hard work than twan has put into getting those templates ready for 0.20

Not doing so would have been a (bigger) copyright violation.

Regardless of whether they were GOING to be released or not, under an opensource license or not, the use of those graphics NOW is a copyright violation!

Anvil Designs hasnt released them, or given anyone the right to use them. As such, using those graphics on another site is a violation of AD's copyright.'s administrators should be contacted to notify them of a copyright violation ASAP. I'd even contact their upstream as well.

They may be under the misunderstanding that the GPL immediately causes anything in the game to be GPL'd as well - not so. Until AD *distributes* the changes, its still under his terms, and his copyright.

I'm a little unclear on some of the ideas on this thread. It's not okay to take the templates and put it in your own server game? Are they only for the main game, or what's the deal?

I'm just a little confused is all.
I want as many templates in my server as possible. I'm willing to pay for them if I have to.

No some one was talking them without permission of the owner. As they had not been released to the general public yet.
