We currently have three different games running and it is kind of hard to track down problems if we don't know which game we should look at.

If you have a problem give us the following information.

1. What server. Either the web address or the game title.

2. Your name in the game

3. Your team if you are on a team

4. Planet, sector and port the problem occured.

5. If you can, a step by step list of what you did to get the problem to occur.

This will help us narrow down the problem.

One cavet...

If you find a problem on the Extreme or normal game we will probably just do a quick fix to keep you going. Those two games are very out of date compared to the Beta game and we are focusing most of our time on that game so we can release it, hopefully, by the end of this month.
