so far it was possible to attack an enemy ship or planet that stays in a sector i own withou getting a bounty.

since upgrade to 0.13 i realized the scan tells me i would get a bounty attacking enemy planet in sectors i own ....

is it a bug or a feature ? ;)

You must own the majority of "Based" planets in the sector. Means if its a 5 planet sector you must own 4 based planets, 4 planet =3 based, 3 planet =2 planet , 2 planet =2 and 1 planet =1.

Also if it says you'll get a bounty, you will.

Hope this helps clairify.
