I wish.... go ahead and ask we will see what we can do to help. Here are some of the reasons you might have trouble installing...
.21 only works with php ver 4.3.2 and > but not php5 at all, and mysql 4.0 some of the newer versions of mysql added new resevered words which .21 databases use the same words as variable names.
