Main Server problems?

the main game got reset to yesterday morning. I had enough changes to see the difference. I changed ships, got 2 planets, etc, and all that is gone back to where it was yesterday morning.

We had a major DB crash yesterday. SO we had to restore from the backup to save the game. We thought this was a better choice than a game reset.

Plus we ended up deleting all logs from all games as there was a problem with the log tables that could not easily be resolved.

You may find a bunch of oddities that have happened to games between saturday and today. We think we have the database problems resolved so some of the weird things should be over that people experienced the past few days.

I know you don't here it enough. I know it is a free game, but thanks for all your hard work. The server seems to be running as good as ever.
