Something seems to be wrong with storing ships.

I've got a ship in storage but I can't get it out of storage anymore. Instead the shipyard tries to make me buy a new one (ship is still in storage as I get thrown out of fed space with avg tech level under 6).

Never mind... found it again. Had to do with those mysterious upgrades :)
