Looks like a path issue right off. Please review your web paths.
Note: Game does not work under php 5 or newer mysql versions. We are franticlly trying to get .30 to a release state to help alleviate problems.
Blame the spammers for the URL filters. Once you pass your triel membership levels you will be able to post them just fine.
