If you have never setup apache before I would suggest you dload xampp. It has all the addons you need to install the game. Apache by itself will not cut it, you also need php and mysql. Here is a link to xampp

Be sure to take the time to read the installtion instructions for xampp. After you get it up and running, then you can start on the game installation.
