What is the difference between a bounty placed by alliance leader and a bounty placed by the federation?

Only the way you get it. You get an alliance bounty by attacking a lower ranked evil player or cheating the casino. You get a fed bounty attacker a smaller good or neutral player.

PJ will have to correct me, but I think its now based on your alignment on who puts the bounty on you.

It's not a big deal, I just wondered since two people got a bounty yesterday, one placed by alliance and one placed by feds. So I was just wondering.
