I nova bombed a sector with 4 high level planets multiple times.
I drove all of the planets down to level 14 or so.
my team attacked 3, and they were all taken easily.
The last one still showed beams like 2.5 mil, torps in the 4.5 mil, and fighters at the same. I sent spys down to verify the levels, and they all showed 14ish. nothing over 14.
the armor was even correct at 63k.
When I attacked in a level 28 voyager, it got hammered.
I then proceded to nova bomb the planet directly, driving it down another 3 levels. The attack levels remained unchanged.

saw the new sticky. But I have a question. When you say added, do you mean a level 15 planet with a level 15 pioneer attacks as a level 30 planet, or as a level 16 planet?
Basically do you add to the planets levels, or are you just adding like above?
