I have uploaded all new apocalypse code to the main game.
Everyone has had it fairly easy when it comes to planet disasters. The only one that actually worked was the Space Plague. The other two would SAY they worked but they never did anything to the planet.
Well, that has changed.
They now work again. But there have been other changes. There are new limits on what can cause one to happen so they do not happen as often as they have in the past. If you find the magic sweet spot you may never see one again no matter how many colonists you have on a planet.
Also, the apocalypse system is now completely based off classes. There is a new class directory called
apocalypse. These classes are truely drop in and use. You can add and remove the different types of apocalypse while a game is running by removing or adding the class file to the
apocalypse class directory. The scheduler will automatically detect all of the avalible classes for an apocalypse each time it is executed.
So you can expect to see some new planetary disasters in the future.
