About the only real defense is making your cloak as high as possible. That is about the only thing that will allow you to sneak past sector defenses. Having your other things set high will not help you if the SD detects you as the ship is so weak on defense. |

how about getting bonuses based on hull-size? a smaller ship has more effective hulls? also, having additional upgrades to stealth ships that are not available to other ships (a special foam coating on the ship?) that adds another 25-50%bonus to the chance of slipping in unseen? this would not actually affect the level of the cloaks, but would be a bonus added in addition. |
