How do I find a stored ship that has disappeared into the wild blue/black yonder?
I lost a planet that had a stored ship on it. The stored ship report shoes that it is out there somewhere (n/a).

Well... PJ hasn't fixed the ship ownership thing yet. I may have to go fix it myself(or he has it fixed and hasnt uploaded it yet) That ship in your stored ship report should belong to the player that took the planet....So it actually should be in HIS ship report and not yours.
