 Post subject: Ratings displayed in Sector Scan and Main Display

The ratings for the planets, ships and sector defenses will be displayed below each item on the main screen.

When doing a sector scan the rating of the planets and ships in the scanned sector will be displayed. You will have to determine the ratings for the sector defenses by looking at the planets. ;) Can't make it too easy.
