We need more information than that. Like exactly what are the problems.

First do you have a host?

Second - does the hosts support php and mysql and possibly cron?

Third - Have you uploaded the file to the host?

These are kind of the questions we need answered its hard to know anything about what you are trying to do with out the whole story.

Would you take your car to a service center and just tell them its broke? I know I wouldn't.

Actually, taking your car to the mechanic and saying it is broke is kind of acceptable. Calling the mechanic and asking for help over the phone without any knowledge of the year/make/model, or problems with the vehicle, now that is a problem.

"Bob's Auto-Repair, how can I help you?"
"My car is broke. Please fix." <Hang up>
"..."

Well yeah, you can say that, but then the mechanic will say describe the problem.

Don't know what we can tell you. This isn't an AATrade problem but a server configuration problem. It looks like you have a problem with your mysql server. What it could be is anyones guess.

BYW, if you want to install Apache, PHP and Mysql on a Windows or Linux PC you shouldn't try to do it yourself by installing the different modules. Download one of the XAMPP packages from http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html . They have both Linux and Windows installs. The Windows package is super simple to setup and you can be running an Apache server in just a few minutes. It includes everything you would need.

The Main Server that is running our website and game is using the Linux version of XAMPP from the above linked web site.
