When I have bounty from Federation and I would make partial payment, game write after place amount "You have paid the bounty. Click here to continue.", but bounty is still full, no payment was made. No way to make partial payment of bounty.

Problem is also in official game where I try it.

Reason: In bountypay.tpl is form with POST data to port.php?pay=2 -- but in scripts is variable $pmt_amt. With disable register_globals is this construction bad. There should be something like $pmt_amt = $_POST["pmt_amt"]; before use $pmt_amt in ports/[spacedock, devices, upgrades].inc.
