while trying to get Roulette to work in the casino I noticed that I am missing the files associated with Roullette... specifically 'casino_roullette_start' is there somewhere I can download a patch for this instead of re-downloading the entire game again? takes me 8 hours to download the game (DIALUP SUCKS)

You are not supposed to be using roulette because it is not a finished module. It should have been disabled in the consino.ini file.
