Actually its not really a personal shout box. Its specifically for a team. And why not use the sector notes for notes?

I use the personal shout box to make notes to myself. I find now that there is no way to access past like 4 or 5 if I am not on a team. If I do create a team, it wipes all my previous shouts as well. |

faster to read then the sector notes. Even if it is for teams, then either it should not work unless you are on one, or it should work like you are even if you are not. |
