One of the users in my game is stuck at those java chat boxes. When they click for the Main Menu, the link disappears and there is no way to actually play the game.

Any ideas?

There is No Proxy, we tried different machines, different browsers, different OSs and different internet connections.

EDIT: It's the lobby_mode=end that is failing. It is fine for all other players.

My first guess is the user is out of time. Have they checked to see how much time they have left?

I think PJ is gonna put something in big red letters at the top of the screen soon. That way it will stand out and the user will know for certain

I am thinking of a popup that displays how much time you have left as soon as you log in. It would show every time you logged in to let you know how much time ou had left for the day. If the daily time limit is set to 0 then it wouldn't popup.

If I may put in my two cents, I'd say just putting something in red when they log in and are out of time, so they know. The popup would be just slightly annoying, and people may still not realize that it not coming up means that they're out of time...
