partial bounty payment

hey well now i have an imaginary number of bounty on me of 3,479,235,253
i wanna start paying it.. but each time i make a partial payment it says u have paid the bounty and nothing is deducted from my account or from the bounty ! !
is it a bug out here or there is a special % of the bounty to be paid for a partial payment

Hmmm at one time you could make partial payments... Maybe PJ can look into this and see if its working or not.

I've never been able to make a partial bounty payment since I've started playing a couple years ago.
