Did this change?
Can you access planets through igb and the production changer if they are in a wz or a blocked sg?

I have several planets behind someone with a bounty for me's sector in an SG.

There is no other way out. On top of that, there was a couple of planets in a WZ with an indy.
Yet none of them show red, and I can change production via the planet report screens.

If you think there is a problem ports a bug report with all the information and make it PRIVATE so only I or Tarnus can see it.

If the front of the SG (the gateway sector) is blockaded or the sector is a warzone, you should not be able to access the planets via IGB.

If you are behind the SG, then the choices are to make a backdoor or Ewarp out. If you looped your SG and there isnt a device port or you have no ewarp devices, you are in a virtual prison. Your choice is to sit and wait for the player to come into your range, or to crash your ship into the SD so you are back in SOL.
