Clearlly in ranking, he shows two ** next to his name, yet he keeps hitting my sectors and planets.

Was that before or after his attack? My guess is he is at the very edge of the bounty range, I woudlnt be surprised to see him get a bounty. I checked the combat logs and his attacks were all valid attacks, he is just very close to the edge.

I checked. After he blew away my largest planet, he went to double stars. Yet shortly after, he could still hit my planets and SD.

Guess the ** are still just a guideline.

He's very lucky he didnt get a bounty... I hate playing the edge can be a costly mistake.
