We have just uploaded a bunch of files that deal with planet/ship combat and scanning. These file have been updated to move all of the bounty code out of them and into a function in the globals.

We think we have everything working smoothly but if you encounter any problems or oddities please report them ASAP.

We had to make this change in preperation to adding the team bounty checks.
