OK here is what we are looking for when ever you report a problem. This is also in the bug report area. I hope I don't sound too harsh but most of the problems we have seen relate to system requirement issues so we get tired of repeating ourselves. (I hate chasin my tail)
OS your running on: WindowXP, RedHat, etc
WebServer: Apache, IIS etc
Mysql Version: Mysql 4.0.x
PHP Version: PHP 4.3.x
Template you had the problem in: Drop Menus, or Paged etc
What Browsers you have tested in: IE, Netscape, Opera
Server if its public that you had the problem in: aatrade.springfield.net
And the Page of course: upgrades.php
The more information we have the more easily we can help people. Its like if you take your car to the shop, hard to know whats wrong if all we know its broke, might as well be blind. And understand this is a game we don't get paid for building and we have to make our money somewhere else so if we don't get right back to your problem its nothing personal.
